The
Walkabout Lodge and Tavern is conveniently located near the town centre
shopping centre precinct (only a short 200m walk), where you can obtain
all your shopping, banking and postal
requirements.
Our guests
are accommodated in comfortable air-conditioned newly refurbished rooms
all with ensuite bathrooms
and patio or balcony. All rooms
contain cable TV, fridge, tea/coffee making facilities, irons and
microwaves
in some rooms. The Lodge has
a fully licensed restaurant with poolside dining,
a cocktail bar with
large plasma screen and a shaded resort swimming pool. Our function
facilities are available to cater for weddings, small to medium conferences and
seminars and other special events.
A 12 powered sites
camper trailer park with amenities block is planned for 2010.
